I missed out on an item I really wanted! Will I ever get another chance to buy it?

We do restock most designs! We are currently a small team of three and have specific listed quantities that are realistic to demand. There will almost always be another chance for you to order.

Tiny Made is about to have a sale, how can I be best prepared so I don’t miss anything?

Here are some steps you can take to hopefully get what you are looking for:

  1. Have your information (name, email, address, and card) saved on the device you are using to place your order. Sometimes listings sell in minutes. Every second counts!
  2. Make sure your saved information is correct. (Have you moved recently? Did you just receive a new bank card?)
  3. Set an alarm for 5 minutes before the sale starts so you can be on the webpage right when the sale begins.

 

When can I order items? 

The shop is always active to browse and to buy from. As long as the style is in stock, you can place an order anytime! If it is not in stock, shoot us an email and we can let you know if we plan to restock!

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be sent out approximately within 6-8 weeks of being placed, how long the shipping process takes is in the hands of the postal service. We are located in Rhode Island, USA so distance will also play a factor.

My package was marked as delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?

Before you e-mail me, please reach out to your local post office to check if they have any information. Also, please check that the address you entered is correct and current.
