I missed out on an a pair of earrings I really wanted! Will I ever get another chance to buy them?
We do restock most styles of earrings! We are currently a very small team of two and we make as much as we can of each style. There will almost always be another chance for you to order the pair of your dreams.
Tiny Made is about to have a sale, how can I be best prepared so I don’t miss anything?
Here are some steps you can take to hopefully get the pair (or pairs) you are looking for.
- Have your information (name, email, address, and card) saved on the device you are using to place your order. Sometimes earrings sell in minutes. Every second counts!
- Make sure your saved information is correct. (Have you moved recently? Did you just receive a new bank card?)
- Set an alarm for 5 minutes before the sale starts so you can be on the webpage right when the sale begins.
What does it mean when something is “made to order”?
Made to order means the earring is made after the order is placed. This is for more complicated pieces. They also take up to 14 business days to be sent out.
When can I order earrings?
The shop is always active to browse and to buy from. As long as the style is in stock, you can place an order anytime!
When will I receive my order?
Orders will be sent out within 7-10 business days of being placed unless marked as “made to order” in which case they may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
What can I expect from Tiny Made earrings?
All earrings are hand made from scratch, with love, so there may be slight imperfections. (Which we think is part of their charm!) There will never be an imperfection that makes the earring unwearable. Earrings are made from acrylic, or brass stampings. They are made from durable material but please still handle with care. The acrylic earrings are laser cut out of acrylic sheets and may vary in color and pattern slightly than what is pictured.
I don’t have pierced ears but I would love to wear some Tiny Made creations, can I get them with clip on backings?
On most earring we can replace the backing! If you add a note in the order we will see it and we can switch it out. Just make sure to check your email to see if we have reached out with any questions.
I would prefer different color hardware on a pair of earrings, is that possible?
In most cases, yes! We don’t have every style in gold and silver, but most of our designs have a possible substitute.
I wore a pair of earrings and a piece broke off, can I purchase a replacement?
This is a tough one... sometimes, yes. However, some components of designs cannot always be replaced. Please email us and attach a photo with both sides of the earring and we can go from there!
My package was marked as delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?
Before you e-mail me, please reach out to your local post office to check if they have any information. Also, please check that the address you entered is correct and current.
